I didn’t come from much. College wasn’t an option—my parents, who were separated, were upfront that they couldn’t afford it. Knowing I needed to change my circumstances to change my life, I fought for a scholarship and made it to college. I worked while studying, getting a firsthand look at business by consulting and selling training programs to high-net-worth clients. Those years taught me a lot about personal growth and building team culture—skills that set the foundation for who I am today.
I eventually graduated with a double major in Finance and Business Management, gaining broad knowledge in running a business but with the strongest experience in sales and team-building. Later, I was fortunate to be sent abroad by my country to study Leadership in Entrepreneurship at Stanford University followed by a enrichment course at the Alibaba School of Business.
I’ve been able to grow my first brick and mortar start-up into a tech-driven merchandise solutions provider that serves over 3,000 clients across 50 countries. What started as a mission to offer sustainable, responsible merchandise solutions has turned into a global company, with clients in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Europe, and the United States.
Our journey has been rewarding, and along the way, we’ve been honored to receive recognition such as the ASEAN SME Award in Retail Distribution, Prestige Malaysia’s 40 Under 40, and Tatler Gen-T’s Leaders of Tomorrow.
In recent years, I’ve delved deeply into AI, automation, and collaborative robotics, incorporating AI-driven solutions, lead generation systems, and innovative content strategies into operations of our businesses.
Today, I support ambitious young professionals, helping them build strong foundations and guiding them on their path to financial competence.
